We had an amazingly good (and suitably epic) time at “The Plum,” and man alive if we’re not ever happy to be back to Alves Manor where there is much less sand in our sheets. It was an awesome week to spend with our friends, and here are some of the highlights via my iPhone pics.
Truly, it can’t be underestimated how amazing it was to spend time with our friends. We’ve been planning this trip for months and the logistics would make any reasonable person’s head spin to get people (including toddlers!) together from Denver, Grand Rapids, Boston, and LONDON in the same place for a week. Needless to say, we don’t get to see a lot of our closest friends very often considering that they all seem to have the stubborn insistence to live far away – so we definitely enjoyed having some quality visiting time.

I had such a wonderful time with fantastic people! Funny how it works, how people I like have good taste in other people they like. Can’t wait to share some of my pictures but they take a little longer!
