I had a *perfect* makeup day this week and thought I would share what I slap on my face (nearly) every day.

I highly recommend all of these products: Stila BB Cream, Stila eyeshadow (Note: I have a different palette and can’t tell you for the life of me which specific shade I’m wearing in this photo. It’s a neutral kind of gold, but you can’t really see it anyway.), Benefit Erase Paste concealer (works so well it made me look like I got a full night’s sleep during P’s newborn days!), Tarte eyeliner, The blush was a sample from Sephora and I have no other identifying details, which really, I’m indifferent to it. It makes me look like I’m not dead. It does its job. And I *would* recommend this lip gloss that I bought in eight hundred different shades way back in the day but OF COURSE it’s been discontinued.

Of course.

It’s a curse. My mother has it and now I’ve inherited it. We like something. Something fairly innocuous, like a lip gloss. We go to buy it again once it’s been used up/worn out/whatever and… they no longer make it. Happened to me with my beloved Harley Davidson boots. Happened to me with my beloved lip gloss. My favorite perfume (Stella in Two Peony, I weep for thee.). So, what I’m saying is here’s a collection of products that will probably be off the market in six months being that I enjoy them.

And this is what they look like on my face! In my bathroom where it appears I have a towel bar sticking out of my forehead!
